Wendy believes that the capacity for learning and growth never ends, and she continuously upgrades her own credentials to create unparalleled, compelling learning experiences for her students.

I’m Wendy Buiter
I am a full-time, dedicated, successful selling artist. My art is in the homes of collectors all over the world. I am the author of the book Becoming a Successful Selling Artist. Before I started my career as an artist I was the founder and owner of a cosmetics staffing agency and academy that specialized in cosmetic sales staff for companies like LVMH, L’ Oréal, CHANEL, etc.
I have educated make-up artists, hairstylists, and beauty consultants, and trained my academy teachers. I wrote all the course material, combined with my knowledge and extensive experience in the field.
My career switch in 2014 from cosmetics to painting was a big challenge as a single mom of two, including a special needs child. I’m so passionate about art and glad I made the switch. It’s been an incredible journey so far!
I’m so excited to help artists and other creative entrepreneurs achieve their dreams! With my 20+ years of entrepreneurial experience as a creative, I have a lot to share and I want to offer this knowledge to others who want to create the life of their dreams by doing what they love and making a living out of it. I firmly believe that with the right mindset and guidance, anyone can achieve their dreams.

She has created niche courses in the cosmetics industry, including basic and advanced makeup artist training, a hairstyling course, and commercial sales training specifically for beauty consultants. These courses were industry-certified and developed in collaboration with partners, ensuring recognized certification. Wendy also developed certified training programs for the fashion industry, aimed at sales advisors in fashion stores.
These courses were vocationally oriented, combining theory with practical hands-on assignments, including internships and work tasks. The goal was to prepare participants for work in the industry. Wendy now has ten years of experience as an artist, where she learned a lot through practical experience and research. Her academy is aimed at those aspiring to a career in art. With her experience in creating educational programs and successfully establishing a career as an artist, Wendy is the ideal person to learn from.
