There are moments when creativity flows beyond its boundaries, when a painting transforms into jewelry, and together they embody a greater purpose. My work Bijoux d’Océan is one such moment.
From Canvas to Earrings
Bijoux d’Océan was born on paper, created to capture the shimmering strength and elegance of the ocean. This artwork soon became the muse for Otazu Jewelry, inspiring a pair of earrings that translated my visual world into a tangible, wearable piece. Through this transformation, brushstrokes turned into design, art became adornment.
A Sparkling Collaboration
This project was not the first time our creative paths intertwined. Earlier, I shared the story of how my collaboration with Otazu Jewelry began—a meeting of vision and craftsmanship that continues to inspire me. You can read more about that journey in my earlier blogpost: The Extendables – a sparkling collaboration with Otazu.

Beauty with a Purpose
Recently, Bijoux d’Océan and its matching earrings took on new meaning. Together with Otazu Jewelry, I donated both pieces to the charity auction supporting Free a Girl. Standing beside Helena, I felt the true power of creativity, to raise awareness, to generate change, and to protect futures.
For me, art has never been only about aesthetics. It is about values, empathy, and making an impact. Seeing my painting and its jewelry counterpart support such an important cause was profoundly moving. It reaffirmed my belief that beauty, when shared with intention, can ripple far beyond the studio.
