Wendy’s team is on hand to answer your questions. Below are a variety of answers to the most common questions we receive. Please contact us using the contact form if you can not find the answer to your particular question.

Are there editions available?

Yes, limited editions are available as hand-finished canvases. It comes with a black wooden frame, ready-to-hang!

The editions are made to order, hand-painted, signed, numbered, and come with a certificate of authenticity. Delivery time is approximately 4-6 weeks.

Where can I see Wendy Buiter's art?

You can sign up for the Open Atelier to meet the artist and select your favorite piece.

What is the delivery time of the artwork that I have ordered?

Art can not be rushed. Since your order is made to order, painted by hand, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your canvas to arrive. Custom artworks may take longer. This will be discussed with you during the process. Some pieces are ready to ship. Contact us for details!

Can I just save an image from your site and then print it?

Although images on the Internet are available, this does not mean you can save them on your device and print it yourself! Doing so is Copyright Infringement and you will be fined for each work infringed. Infringer pays for all attorney’s fees and court costs. Learn more about copyright here.

What is the difference between a poster and a canvas?

A poster is a print on paper, limited to 25 pieces. It is hand-embelllished with a touch of paint. You frame this yourself.

A canvas is a Hand-Finished painting that is made to order, and is streched on a frame. It ships flat and also has a black wooden frame so it’s ready to hang.

Can Wendy make a painting of me/my loved one?

I would like to use Wendy's art for my business (cards), is this possible?

At this moment Wendy does not license her art to companies to use on products. So no, unfortunaltely you can not use Wendy’s art.

We would like to have Wendy Buiter's art to decorate and sell this in our store. What are the options?

Wendy Buiter’s art is exclusively available via authorized dealers in high-end luxury market and art galleries. Contact us for details via hello@wendybuiter.com

Where do I get a frame for the poster print?

You can go to a professional framer or order a frame online.

I would like to have a canvas print with another color than the black frame, what are the options?

The canvas print comes with a black wooden frame which is included. If you would like to have a different frame, contact us for available options. We can also advise you to take the artwork to a professional framer, select your favorite frame there and have it reframed.
